This website is served statically via GitHub Pages (GitHub, Inc.). When pages are requested, technically necessary connection data (IP address, timestamp, requested resource) is processed by the host.
No cookies, no tracking
This website does not set cookies and does not embed any analytics or third-party services. Your color scheme preference is not stored.
Contact form
Details from the contact form (name, e-mail, company, message) are used exclusively to process your request. Nothing is transmitted before you submit the form.
Submissions are received by Auxdesk, a support system operated by Jungherz GmbH and hosted in the EU. Auxdesk stores your request as a case in our workspace at Notion (Notion Labs, Inc., USA), where we process and answer it. To pre-sort requests and fend off spam, the text of your request may be analysed by an AI model operated in the EU. Along with the request, Auxdesk stores the page it was sent from and your IP address; the IP address is truncated after 7 days. No data is sent to Auxdesk before you submit. Business outreach by e-mail
We occasionally contact businesses, practices and self-employed professionals by e-mail to introduce MonaOffice. For this, we process business contact data: the name of the business or practice, where applicable the owner's name, business e-mail address, phone number and postal address.
Source: publicly available sources such as the Google Business Profile, the business's own website or industry directories.
Purpose and legal basis: We would like to introduce MonaOffice to you and offer you a personal test link. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in direct marketing to businesses (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Personal test link: The link in our e-mail contains your business's public phone number and takes you to MonaHilft.app. There, Mona sets herself up with the data from your Google Business Profile, and you can talk to her right in your browser. The test environment is governed by the privacy policy of MonaHilft.app.
Recipients: We send these e-mails via lemlist (lempire, France) as our processor and via the provider of our e-mail mailboxes. Our outreach e-mails come from addresses at deine-mona.de. We do not track opens or clicks.
Storage period: We keep the data while the outreach is ongoing and delete it no later than 12 months after our last message if you do not reply. If you object, we delete your data and keep only your e-mail address on a suppression list so that you receive nothing further from us.
Your right to object: You can object to the use of your data for advertising at any time – informally by replying to our e-mail or by writing to hallo@monahilft.de. We will then no longer use your data for this purpose (Art. 21(2) and (3) GDPR).
MonaZentrale & MonaOffice service
Use of the MonaOffice service and the MonaZentrale app is governed by the privacy policy of MonaHilft.app.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in accordance with the GDPR.
